We require vector-based files, preferably Adobe Illustrator (.AI), .PDF, or .EPS. Please ensure all text is outlined, images are embedded at 300dpi, and the color mode is set to CMYK.
We specialize in structural engineering and prepress layout. While we can assist in placing your existing logos and patterns onto a dieline perfectly (for free), we do not offer scratch graphic design services (like designing a brand logo).
For simple square items, exact dimensions may suffice. However, for glass bottles, cosmetics, or irregular shapes, we highly recommend mailing us the physical product. This allows our engineers to create a perfectly snug EVA or pulp cavity using 3D scanning.
