Solution: Our prepress team provided free artwork layout separation and perfectly registered the intricate hot foil details for production.
Answers to help you choose the right interior for your packaging.
EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate) is a high-density, firm foam that provides extremely clean, sharp die-cut edges, making it ideal for luxury presentations and heavy items. Sponge (PU Foam) is softer, highly compressible, and more cost-effective, but doesn't hold sharp shapes as well as EVA.
Molded pulp requires custom aluminum molds to be milled via CNC, which involves an initial setup cost. However, for mass production (usually over 3,000 units), the per-unit material cost becomes extremely low and highly competitive compared to foam.
Yes! We can screen print or hot foil stamp logos onto paperboard coated EVA, or directly onto velvet-wrapped EVA. For plastic blisters and molded pulp, we can emboss/deboss your logo directly into the mold tool.
For simple shapes, dimensions are sufficient. However, for complex contours like perfume bottles or devices, we strongly require a physical product to guarantee a flawless, vacuum-like friction fit.
